“Well….I was in a 10yr relationship that ended about 2 yrs ago and it was not your happily ever after story. He cheated on me, put me down and never let my true self shine so in turn I never felt good enough or that I was even worth anything in life. I disguised my true feelings about myself by having kids and by putting all of my energy and time into them to distract myself. It was very difficult for me to find myself again and find the confidence I used to have so in October of 2014 I decided to push harder at trying to bring back my confidence and see my true self worth, I joined a gym and started eating healthy. I even signed up for a fitness competition however in January 2015 I was in a car accident and had to put that dream on hold, I fell back into depression and was starting to loose myself again. In March of 2016 I decided enough was enough and I started working out and eating right, this photo shoot came just 4 mos into my new adventure and I couldn’t be happier or more proud of myself for doing this. It was exactly what I needed!”

“My favorite part about the shoot was the amount of support and guidance Brittany and Mike showed. I was beyond nervous but you both were SO amazing and helped me find my confidence and the fierce side of me that I had no idea existed.”

“At the viewing I was beyond nervous but all of that went away once the slides started playing. It made me look at myself in a completely different way, you have to take away all the judgments you have against yourself to see your true beauty. I was absolutely amazed when I saw my photos. I will never look at myself the same again, this shoot has allowed me to defeat my own doubts so can truly see my worth. “

“Just do it! I know its easy to say but trust me, you wont regret it. You have to see your vulnerable side to truly understand your worth. Our eyes are blind to what others might see and the only way you will truly understand how beautiful you are and see what others see is to take this step. I promise it will be worth it. “
