Women can put so much pressure on themselves these days to committing to a certain standard; and it can be defeating on the heart. Living with a peripheral neuropathy disorder adds an extra amount of pain, stress, and self- deprecation above the normal daily challenges I face as a young woman. So I told myself enough is enough, it is the year to work on you. F**k the standards because beauty has no standards and I am going to love myself for exactly who I am, a goddess.”

“I was nervous to see myself in a negative light, a fear I believe everyone has before this experience. I was afraid I might see the parts of myself I dislike and do my best to hide, and if those parts of me were captured then it must be what everyone around me sees all the time. But I couldn’t have been more wrong. The entire experience was so heartwarming and encouraging. I felt pampered from the makeup to the positing help and to overwhelming amount of loving compliments. This was a wonderful creative experience and I urge you to treat yourself.”
